See if a small job still covers its costs
Do you need to know if a week of sales still beats what you spent?
What to do
- List only money you already received and costs you already paid or must pay this period. Leave out account numbers and supplier IDs.
- Paste the prompt into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. In Google Sheets you can click Ask Gemini instead, then insert the table.
- Read the leftover amount. If a cost is marked "To confirm", find the original receipt or chat before you restock.
- Keep the table in Sheets or Notion and add the next week the same way. Do not let AI invent extra customers or savings.
