For fresh college/SHS graduates, OJT trainees, and career shifters in the Philippines

  1. List your college or SHS degree, major, honors (if any), and key subjects relevant to the job.
  2. Note down your On-the-Job Training (OJT) duties, capstone/thesis topic, student org roles, and freelance gigs or hobbies.
  3. Paste the prompt below into ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude along with the target job title.
  4. Pick the strongest bullet points, remove buzzwords, and verify every project is something you can defend in an interview.

Try this prompt

Include only OJT tasks, school projects, tools, and results you can support.

Help me draft a clear one-page entry-level resume for the role below. Improve the wording without inventing experience.

Target job and job description: [paste]
Education: [facts]
OJT/internship tasks: [what I actually did]
Projects/volunteering/part-time work: [facts]
Tools I have actually used: [list]
Results I can substantiate: [numbers with context, or none]
Language: [English/Filipino]

Use only these facts. Do not invent employers, dates, tools, responsibilities, credentials, metrics, accuracy rates, or achievements. Do not turn assisting into leading. When a useful detail is missing, ask a question or leave a clearly marked draft placeholder; do not fill it with a guess.

Produce a short summary, relevant experience/projects, and skills. Use readable standard headings and concise action-based bullets. Quantify only when I supplied a defensible number; otherwise use a truthful unquantified statement. Do not guarantee applicant-tracking-system acceptance or a hiring result.

Finish with a claim-check list pairing each important claim with the input that supports it. Flag any unsupported draft claim for removal before I submit the resume. Do not send or upload the resume.
See a sample result

Illustrative example. Your answer may differ.

Input: BSBA Marketing graduate. During OJT at a local bank, I sorted branch records. Output: Sorted and organized branch records during an on-the-job training placement at a local bank. Follow-up: What tools did you use, and do you have a reliable count of records handled?

Before you use it: Every factual claim must trace to your own input. Remove any employer, tool, responsibility, metric, or achievement you cannot support.

For jobseekers, fresh graduates, BPO and freelance applicants, and anyone updating a CV

  1. List your real details first: the job title you are applying for, your last two or three roles or projects with dates, two or three results you can prove, and the tools you actually use. Do not include your address, ID numbers or references yet.
  2. Copy the prompt below and paste your list into the brackets. Choose English or Filipino to match the job post.
  3. Read every line of the result. Remove any skill, number, company or year you did not give it. AI will happily invent experience; an interviewer will ask about it.
  4. Paste the summary at the top of your CV and the reply into your application. Keep the reply under 120 words and send it from the email address on your CV.

Try this prompt

Copy the prompt into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Replace any text in brackets, then send it.

Write two things for a job application in [English or Filipino].

1. A resume summary of 3 to 4 sentences for the role of [job title], using only the details below.
2. A short application reply of up to 120 words to send with my CV, addressed to [hiring manager or company], stating the role, one reason I fit, and that my CV is attached.

Use only these facts. Do not add skills, employers, years or achievements I did not list. If something important is missing, ask me for it instead of guessing.

Job title: [job title]
My recent roles or projects: [role, company or project, dates]
Results I can prove: [two or three results with numbers if you have them]
Tools I use: [list]
Availability: [start date or notice period]
See a sample result

Illustrative example. Your answer may differ.

Input (illustrative): Job title: Customer Support Representative. Recent roles: Sari-sari store cashier 2023 to 2025; volunteer registration desk, barangay vaccination drive 2024. Results: handled 150 or more customers a day; zero cash shortages in two years. Tools: GCash, Excel, Facebook Messenger. Availability: two weeks. Summary (illustrative): Customer-facing cashier with two years of daily service for 150 or more customers and a two-year record of zero cash shortages. Comfortable with GCash, Excel and Messenger, and used to calm, clear communication in a busy queue. Looking to bring the same reliability to a Customer Support Representative role. Available in two weeks.

Before you use it: Every claim in the summary must be true and provable at the interview. Check the job title, dates and numbers against your own records before sending.

For call center applicants, fresh graduates, virtual assistants and career shifters

  1. Pick your target role (e.g., Customer Service Representative, Bookkeeper, or Virtual Assistant).
  2. Use the prompt below in text mode, or tap the Voice Mode / Headphone icon to practice speaking aloud.
  3. Answer naturally as if speaking to an interviewer. When you finish, read the AI feedback to improve.

Try this prompt

Use ChatGPT Voice or Gemini Live to practice speaking your answers out loud.

Act as a professional and encouraging job interviewer for a [target role, e.g. Customer Service Representative at a Philippine BPO company].
Conduct a realistic interview with me:
1. Ask me one question at a time.
2. Wait for my answer before moving to the next question.
3. After each answer, give me:
   - One strength in what I said
   - One practical tip to make my response clearer or more confident
   - Then ask the next question.

Start now by introducing yourself and asking the first question.
See a sample result

Illustrative example. Your answer may differ.

AI introduces itself as the hiring manager and asks: "Tell me about a time you handled an upset customer." After you answer, it praises your empathy and suggests framing the resolution using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result).

Before you use it: Practice with honest answers based on your genuine experience so you can speak confidently in the real interview.

For virtual assistants, graphic designers, writers, video editors and remote workers

  1. Copy the client's job posting. Identify the #1 problem they need solved immediately.
  2. Paste the prompt below with the job post and 2 relevant samples of your actual work experience.
  3. Personalize the first line and check that your proposal sounds honest, direct and humble—not like generic robotic AI copy.

Try this prompt

Paste the job post and only experience, results, links, and availability you can support.

Write a concise proposal for this opportunity using only my actual experience. Separate what I have done from the approach I am proposing.

Job post: [paste]
My relevant work and tools: [facts]
Results I can substantiate: [facts or none]
Portfolio links I may share: [links or none]
Availability and commitments I can honor: [facts]

Do not invent clients, ticket volumes, conversion gains, years of experience, certifications, or testimonials. If my background is incomplete, ask for the missing detail or write a transparent proposed approach without pretending it is past work.

Produce a short opening addressing the task, relevant evidence from my inputs, a practical first step, and a low-pressure closing. Answer screening questions honestly. Do not promise delivery dates, pricing, or results I did not provide.

Finish with a claim checklist so I can verify every sentence before submitting. Do not submit the proposal or contact the client.
See a sample result

Illustrative example. Your answer may differ.

Input: The client needs a VA to organize support emails. I have used Gmail labels but have not used Zendesk. Output: States the Gmail experience truthfully, proposes a first-step triage approach, and does not claim prior Zendesk work or invented ticket volume.

Before you use it: Never claim skills or tools you do not actually know. Clients will test you in the live interview.

For freelancers, BPO staff, virtual assistants, and office workers writing to foreign clients or managers

  1. Write your thoughts in conversational Taglish or rough bullet points. Include who you are writing to, what happened, and what needs to happen next.
  2. Paste the prompt below and insert your rough notes. Leave out private passwords or banking details.
  3. Read the generated email aloud to make sure it sounds natural and does not change your promises or deadlines.

Try this prompt

Paste your raw Taglish thoughts in the brackets. The AI will provide both professional and friendly options.

Convert my rough Taglish notes into a clear, professional English workplace email.
Keep the tone polite, confident and concise (under 120 words).
Preserve all names, dates, amounts and facts exactly as given.
Do not sound overly robotic or use flowery corporate jargon.
Give me two options:
1. Normal professional (for clients or managers)
2. Casual friendly (for coworkers)

For busy professionals, online shop owners, team leaders and freelancers

  1. Copy 5 to 15 unread email subject lines and snippets from your inbox (remove passwords and financial OTPs).
  2. Paste them into ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude using the prompt below.
  3. Act on the urgent group first, then archive newsletters and promos.

Try this prompt

Paste subject lines and brief snippets only. Never paste account reset links or OTPs.

Organize these email snippets into 3 clear categories:
1. URGENT (requires an immediate answer or action today)
2. FOR REVIEW (important information to read later this week)
3. ARCHIVE / IGNORE (marketing, promos or automated receipts)

For each URGENT email:
- Name the sender
- State the deadline or requested action in one sentence
- Provide a polite 2-sentence draft reply I can review and send

EMAILS:
[paste email subjects and snippets]

Illustrative example. Your answer may differ.

Input: Snippets from supplier asking for stock count by 2pm, bank marketing promo, and HR reminder about holiday schedule. Result: 1 Urgent item (Supplier stock count due 2pm) with draft reply; 1 For Review (HR holiday notice); 1 Archive (Bank marketing promo).

For employees, corporate staff, BPO workers, and professionals tendering resignation

  1. State your current position, company name, submission date, proposed last working day, any notice arrangement already confirmed with HR, and key handover items.
  2. Paste the prompt below into your chosen AI assistant.
  3. Check every date and commitment against your contract, HR confirmation, and actual role before sending.

Try this prompt

Give the dates and notice arrangement you actually know; use unknown where HR confirmation is still needed.

Help me draft a respectful resignation letter and a separate handover checklist. Use only my information below. This is drafting help, not a determination of my legal obligations.

Role: [role]
Company and addressee: [details]
Submission date: [date]
Proposed final working day: [date]
Notice arrangement already confirmed with HR, if any: [details or unknown]
Reason, optional: [brief reason or omit]
Handover tasks: [tasks]
Language and tone: [English/Filipino; professional and polite]

First flag missing or conflicting dates and notice information. Do not assume every employment situation has the same notice requirements. Do not invent a legal rule, declare my letter legally compliant, or promise clearance or payment.

Draft a concise letter using the proposed last day as my proposal unless it is already confirmed. Include a reasonable handover offer within my actual role and employment period, not an unlimited commitment. Do not add waivers, admissions, accusations, or facts I did not provide.

Then create a handover checklist and questions for HR about notice confirmation, property return, clearance, final-pay processing, and a Certificate of Employment request. Keep final pay and COE as separate topics. Do not send anything. Finish with the details I should verify before use.
See a sample result

Illustrative example. Your answer may differ.

Input: Submission 1 October; proposed final day 31 October; notice arrangement with HR unknown. Output: Labels 31 October as proposed, asks the employee to confirm notice with HR, and separates the handover checklist from final-pay and COE questions.

Before you use it: This drafting guide does not determine your legal obligations or guarantee clearance or payment. The factual note below needs approval from a qualified Philippine labor-law reviewer before it is treated as professional legal guidance.

For online sellers, home businesses, resellers and boutique owners in the Philippines

  1. List the item name, 3 key benefits, dimensions/sizes, and package inclusions.
  2. Paste the prompt into ChatGPT or Gemini to generate a search-friendly listing and 3 quick buyer replies.
  3. Review warranty terms, prices, and shipping conditions before publishing to Seller Centre.

Try this prompt

Include only verified dimensions, materials, contents, terms, and shipping information.

Draft a product listing and three polite buyer replies using only the verified facts below.

Platform: [platform]
Product: [name]
Verified attributes: [material, dimensions, capacity, color]
Package contents: [items]
Price and stock status: [facts or unknown]
Supported manufacturer claims: [claim and evidence, or none]
Warranty/return terms I can honor: [facts or unknown]
Shipping information actually available: [facts or unknown]

Do not invent thermal duration, certifications, health benefits, waterproofing, authenticity, warranty, stock, discounts, or delivery dates. A product category does not prove a specification. Mark missing specifications as unknown and list the questions needed to complete the listing.

Produce a concise title, description, specifications using supplied facts, package contents, and buyer reminders. Follow a platform limit only when it is provided or verified; otherwise give a concise draft without pretending the limit is current.

Write replies to availability, discount, and delivery questions. Preserve uncertainty and distinguish seller dispatch information from courier delivery estimates. Do not publish the listing or promise a courier outcome. Finish with facts I must verify before posting.
See a sample result

Illustrative example. Your answer may differ.

Input: Stainless-steel insulated tumbler, 1,000 mL capacity. Output: 1,000 mL Stainless-Steel Insulated Tumbler. Material and capacity are listed; thermal duration, leak resistance, certification, warranty, availability, and delivery remain unknown.

Before you use it: Confirm every specification, stock statement, warranty, and shipping promise before posting. A courier estimate is not a delivery guarantee.

For online sellers, resellers, home crafters, and MSMEs in the Philippines

  1. List your item capital cost (wholesale price + shipping to you + packaging box/pouch).
  2. State your proposed selling price and the platform you sell on.
  3. Paste the prompt below to see your net take-home earnings and break-even point.

Try this prompt

Provide each actual fee, its calculation base, and its source/effective period; do not rely on the platform name alone.

Calculate contribution per online order using only my inputs. Do not guess platform fees, tax treatment, or return rates from the platform name.

Platform/category/program: [details]
Item selling price: [PHP]
Seller-funded discount: [PHP]
Product/inbound cost per unit: [PHP]
Packaging: [PHP]
Seller-funded shipping: [PHP]
Advertising allocation: [PHP]
Other variable costs: [PHP]
Fee schedule: [each percentage/fixed fee, fee base, source and effective period]
Taxes/withholdings: [what is known or unknown]
Returns/failed-delivery assumptions: [rates and costs, or unknown]

List missing inputs first. Calculate retained revenue, each fee on its stated base, included costs, contribution, and contribution margin. Distinguish margin from markup. Identify excluded overhead, taxes, returns, and unknown costs; do not call an incomplete result fully accounted net profit.

Calculate break-even or target price only when the fee/discount model supports the formula. Show assumptions and reject invalid denominators. For returns, show explicit success/return/failure scenarios and probabilities only when supplied; otherwise say expected profit cannot be estimated reliably.

Finish with a sensitivity example clearly labelled hypothetical and the facts I must verify. Do not guarantee profitability or invent a safe return-to-sender buffer.
See a sample result

Illustrative example. Your answer may differ.

Arithmetic fixture, not a live platform fee: price PHP 300; product PHP 120; packaging PHP 10; seller-funded shipping PHP 20; advertising PHP 15; fixed fee PHP 5; proportional fee 10% of price. Contribution: PHP 100. Contribution margin: 33.33%. Excluded taxes, overhead, returns, and other unknown costs remain explicit.

Before you use it: Verify every fee and its base against your own current seller schedule. A cash withholding is not automatically the same as final tax expense, and missing return costs cannot be replaced with an invented buffer.

For sari-sari store owners, home bakers, carinderia operators, and micro-retailers in the Philippines

  1. Estimate your daily gross sales, estimated product markup (usually 10% to 20%), store operating expenses (electricity for ref, ice, bags), and total outstanding utang.
  2. Paste the prompt below into ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
  3. Apply the 3-can/3-envelope cash management rule to ensure your restocking capital is never spent on personal groceries or family emergencies.

Try this prompt

Provide your average daily sales and monthly electricity/bills to generate a foolproof cash flow envelope system.

Help me design a simple, practical daily cash management and "utang" tracking routine for a small sari-sari store / carinderia in the Philippines.

Business profile:
- Business type: [e.g. Neighborhood sari-sari store with beverage chiller]
- Average daily sales (gross): ₱[e.g. ₱3,500]
- Average markup on goods: [e.g. 15% on wholesale grocery items, 25% on snacks/drinks]
- Fixed monthly overhead: [e.g. ₱1,800 electricity for refrigerator, ₱300 plastic bags/ice]
- Main challenge: [e.g. Family taking food/goods from store shelves without paying, customers defaulting on credit/utang, running out of cash to restock at the supermarket]

Please provide:
1. The "3-Envelope / 3-Jar System" customized for this daily volume (Restocking Capital, Operating Buffer, and True Personal Salary).
2. A strict, polite "No Utang" or bounded credit rule (with Tagalog signboards and polite verbal scripts for neighbors).
3. A 5-minute daily closing ledger template using a simple notebook or mobile phone note.
4. Top 3 fast-moving high-margin Philippine grocery categories to prioritize for restocking at wholesale clubs (e.g. Puregold, Super8).
See a sample result

Illustrative example. Your answer may differ.

Result: Out of ₱3,500 daily sales: ₱2,900 goes immediately into Envelope A (Puhunan Pambili), ₱150 into Envelope B (Kuryente/Gastos), and ₱450 into Envelope C (Tubo/Arawang Sahod). Never mix personal grocery money with Envelope A.

Before you use it: Treat your own family as customers. If anyone takes a drink or snack for household consumption, log it and pay for it from personal funds so the store does not slowly go bankrupt.

  1. Write down what column A and column B contain, and what number or text you want to find or calculate.
  2. Paste the prompt below into your AI assistant. Mention whether you are using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  3. Copy the formula into your sheet and test it on 3 rows before applying it to the entire column.

I need a formula that calculates [what you want done].

Here is my sheet layout:
- Column A: [e.g. Product Name]
- Column B: [e.g. Unit Price]
- Column C: [e.g. Quantity Sold]
- Column D: [Where I want the result]

1. The exact formula to paste into cell D2.
2. A simple 1-sentence explanation of how it works.
3. What to do if it returns an #N/A or #VALUE error.

For small-business owners and workers preparing records for review

  1. Start with a made-up receipt or type only the date, shop name and amount. Leave out account numbers, tax IDs and payment details.
  2. Paste the prompt and your sample text into an AI chat, then send it. If using a photo, choose a tool that accepts images and check its upload limits first.
  3. Require unclear text to be marked for review instead of guessed.
  4. Compare every row and total with the original document before using the table.

Try this prompt

Copy the prompt into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Replace any text in brackets, then send it.

Put the supplied receipt information into a table with: date, shop or supplier, subtotal, tax, total, and notes.
Keep the original currency. Write "Unclear" when text cannot be read. Do not guess missing numbers.
This table is for review only; do not label it as final accounting data.

Receipt information: [paste your sample text here, or attach a suitable image]
See a sample result

Illustrative example. Your answer may differ.

Sample receipt: Example Store; Total ₱1,250.00; date is unreadable. Table row: Date — Unclear | Supplier — Example Store | Total — ₱1,250.00 | Notes — Check date manually.

Before you use it: AI can misread small text and amounts. Verify every value and ask your bookkeeper or accountant about official records and tax treatment.

For online sellers, freelancers, sari-sari stores and small shops

  1. List only money you already received and costs you already paid or must pay this period. Leave out account numbers and supplier IDs.
  2. Paste the prompt into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. In Google Sheets you can click Ask Gemini instead, then insert the table.
  3. Read the leftover amount. If a cost is marked "To confirm", find the original receipt or chat before you restock.
  4. Keep the table in Sheets or Notion and add the next week the same way. Do not let AI invent extra customers or savings.

Try this prompt

Paste this into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. In Sheets, use Ask Gemini and insert the table if you like the result.

Use only these numbers for a one-period check.
Income I actually received: [list]
Costs I actually paid or must pay: [list]

Give me:
1. Total income in PHP.
2. Total costs in PHP.
3. What is left (income minus costs).
4. The three largest costs.
5. One question I should confirm before I spend more.

Do not invent prices, customers, discounts or savings. If a number is missing, write "To confirm".
See a sample result

Illustrative example. Your answer may differ.

Input (illustrative): Income: 12 prepaid loads ₱100 each. Costs: load wallet top-up ₱1,000; plastic bags ₱80. Result (illustrative): Income ₱1,200. Costs ₱1,080. Left ₱120. Largest costs: wallet top-up, bags. Question: “Did the ₱1,000 top-up include a promo, or is that the full cost?”

Before you use it: AI can add the numbers wrongly. Recheck the totals with a calculator. This is not tax, BIR or loan advice. Google says not to rely on Gemini in Sheets as financial advice.

For citizens replacing lost IDs, cards, documents, or school credentials across Philippine agencies

  1. Identify the exact document lost (e.g. PhilSys National ID, LTO Driver's License, BDO ATM card), date lost, and the circumstance of loss.
  2. Paste the prompt below into ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude. Never input your actual home address or birthdate into public chat.
  3. Print the generated 1-page draft on bond paper and take it to an accredited Public Notary or PAO (Public Attorney's Office) for oath and notarization.

Try this prompt

Provide document type, estimated date of loss, and where it was lost. Insert actual full name and address offline.

Draft a formal, standard 1-page Republic of the Philippines "AFFIDAVIT OF LOSS" legal template formatted for Philippine notarization.

Document details:
- Item lost: [e.g. Philippine Identification Card (PhilSys) / LTO Driver's License / BPI Debit ATM Card]
- Issuing agency or bank: [e.g. PSA / Land Transportation Office / Bank of the Philippine Islands]
- Approximate date of loss: [e.g. Second week of August 2026]
- Place or circumstance of loss: [e.g. Lost inside my wallet during my daily commute along EDSA, Quezon City]
- Diligent efforts made: [e.g. Searched bags and inquired at lost-and-found counters to no avail]
- Purpose: [e.g. To support my formal application for a replacement ID from the issuing authority]

Formatting requirements:
1. Republic of the Philippines, Scilicet (S.S.) venue header.
2. Standard affiant declarations ("I, [NAME], of legal age, Filipino, single/married, and residing at [ADDRESS], under oath depose and state:").
3. Numbered clauses detailing ownership, possession, incident of loss, and declaration that the item was not mortgaged or used as collateral.
4. Jurat, Affiant signature line, Government ID details for notary, and Notary Public acknowledgment block.

  2. Estimate how many hours per day you run it.
  3. Paste the prompt below into an AI assistant to compute the estimated daily and monthly peso cost.

Try this prompt

Supply a measured kWh value when possible, or wattage, usage time, duty factor, and your own dated PHP/kWh rate.

Estimate an appliance's energy use with transparent assumptions. Do not guess a current Meralco, cooperative, or other utility tariff.

Appliance: [name]
Rated power in watts: [value or unknown]
Measured energy in kWh, if available: [value and measurement period]
Hours used per day: [value]
Number of days: [value]
Duty factor or actual cycling information: [value/evidence or unknown]
My supplied rate in PHP/kWh: [value or unknown]
Rate source and billing period: [details]

Prefer measured consumption when its period matches the calculation. Otherwise show the constant-power formula: kWh = watts/1000 × hours/day × days, and explain whether a duty-factor adjustment is supported. For variable/cycling equipment, do not pretend rated wattage equals continuous real consumption.

Cost = estimated kWh × my supplied rate. If the rate is missing, calculate energy only and ask for it. A hypothetical example must be labelled hypothetical and kept separate from my estimate.

Show units, arithmetic, assumptions, and a reasonable range where supported. Explain that fixed charges, taxes, discounts, billing-rate structure, and actual usage can change the final bill. Do not present this estimate as the utility's bill or a guaranteed saving.
See a sample result

Illustrative example. Your answer may differ.

Arithmetic fixture, not a tariff claim: 60 W × 8 hours/day × 30 days = 14.4 kWh. With no supplied rate, no current-price answer is given. At a hypothetical PHP 12/kWh, the estimate is PHP 172.80.

Before you use it: Use your own bill's dated PHP/kWh rate. Rated wattage may not equal actual consumption for cycling or variable-power equipment, and the estimate excludes fixed charges and billing adjustments.

Option 1: [Item/Promo name, price, shipping fee, key features]
Option 2: [Item/Promo name, price, shipping fee, key features]
Option 3 (optional): [Item/Promo name, price, shipping fee, key features]

My primary goal: [e.g. Lowest overall cost / Longest durability / Best value for student data]

Please provide:
1. A comparison table showing Final Price in PHP, Cost per unit/day/GB, Pros, and Cons.
2. Any hidden costs or fine print to watch out for (e.g. data caps, fragile parts, shipping delays).
3. Your clear recommendation for my goal.

For OFWs and families discussing a delayed transfer, a smaller amount or a changed household plan

  1. Write four short facts: what changed, what is confirmed, what the family should do now and when you will update them again.
  2. Remove bank details, reference numbers, claim codes, passwords, PINs and OTPs.
  3. Paste the safe facts into the prompt. Ask for a calm message without blame or invented promises.
  4. Read it once before sending. Check every amount, date and next step against your real information.

Try this prompt

Copy the prompt into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Replace any text in brackets, then send it.

Write a calm family update using only the facts below.
Keep it warm, direct and under 120 words.
Do not invent a transfer date, amount, reason or promise.
Separate what is confirmed from what is still being checked.
End with the next update I have actually promised.

What changed: [safe summary]
What is confirmed: [confirmed facts]
What the family should do now: [real next step]
My next update: [date or time I can keep]
See a sample result

Illustrative example. Your answer may differ.

Input (illustrative): The transfer is delayed. The provider says it is still processing. Please use the remaining grocery budget today. I will check again tomorrow at 6 PM. Example result: “The transfer is delayed and is still processing. For today, please use the remaining grocery budget. I will check the provider again and update everyone tomorrow at 6 PM.”

Before you use it: A calm tone does not make an uncertain fact true. Confirm the transfer status in the official provider app or support channel, and never send a claim code or OTP in a family group chat.

For OFWs and recipient families checking one remittance receipt without sharing the whole document

  1. Choose one unclear line, such as Service fee, Exchange rate or Amount received.
  2. Type that line instead of uploading the full receipt. Include the printed currencies only if needed.
  3. Use the prompt below and require uncertain meanings to be marked To confirm.
  4. Compare the explanation with the receipt, then ask the provider about anything still unclear.

Try this prompt

Copy the prompt into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Replace any text in brackets, then send it.

Explain this one remittance-receipt line in simple words.
Use only the text and numbers I provide.
Do not guess the provider's policy or decide that a charge is correct.
If the label could mean more than one thing, write "To confirm".
Then give me one exact question to ask the provider.

Receipt line: [type one line]
Sending currency: [if shown]
Receiving currency: [if shown]

For Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), seafaring crew, and recipient families managing remittance transfers

  1. Open each provider's official app or page and record the quote shown at about the same time.
  2. Copy only the send amount, upfront fee, offered exchange rate and exact recipient payout. Do not copy personal or transfer codes.
  3. Use the prompt below to compare the two quotes using only those numbers.
  4. Before sending, reopen the chosen provider and confirm the final fee, rate and recipient payout because quotes can change.

Try this prompt

Use two current provider quotes. Do not ask the AI to find today's rate for you.

Compare these two remittance quotes using only the numbers I provide.
Do not fetch, estimate or invent an exchange rate, fee, delivery time or provider policy.
If a value is missing, write "To confirm".

For each option, show:
1. Send amount and currency.
2. Upfront fee in its original currency.
3. Offered exchange rate.
4. Exact PHP recipient payout if provided, or the calculation if all needed numbers are present.
5. The difference in PHP payout between the options.
Do not combine fees in one currency with payouts in another and call the result a total cost unless I provide a conversion rate.

Option A: [paste safe quote details]
Option B: [paste safe quote details]

Illustrative example. Your answer may differ.

Input (illustrative): Both quotes send USD 500. A shows a USD 3 fee and PHP 28,800 recipient payout. B shows no upfront fee and PHP 28,550 recipient payout. Example result: “A pays the recipient PHP 250 more. A also lists a separate USD 3 fee. The figures use only the two quotes; confirm both again before sending.”

Before you use it: Choose from the final official quote, not the AI summary. Verify the provider through an appropriate regulator where applicable. A BSP listing is a registration check, not a guarantee that a transaction is risk-free.

For families, caregivers and patients seeking clear medical terminology

  2. Paste the prompt below into ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
  3. Read the plain-language explanation to prepare informed questions for your licensed attending doctor.

Try this prompt

First remove your name, address, birth date, patient IDs, QR/barcodes, and other identifying details.

Help me understand the terminology in the information below and prepare questions for a qualified clinician or pharmacist. Do not diagnose, prescribe, recommend doses, or tell me to start, stop, or switch a medicine.

Before I paste anything, remind me to remove my name, address, birth date, patient IDs, QR/barcodes, and other identifying details. Ask only for information needed to explain the terms.

Information: [de-identified report text or medicine information]
Units and laboratory reference ranges, if relevant: [exact text]
What I want explained: [question]

Preserve units and ranges exactly. Explain unfamiliar terms in plain language and distinguish general background from conclusions that require clinical history and professional assessment. An isolated result is not a diagnosis.

For a medicine-price question, use only supplied or specifically sourced product, strength, dosage-form, pack-size, location, and price information. Do not invent a savings percentage or assume that matching names prove interchangeability. List questions for the pharmacist instead.

Finish with a short appointment-question list and what remains uncertain. When the information suggests an urgent concern, direct me to appropriate professional help rather than delaying care with further AI interpretation.

For households, freelancers and small shops using Google Sheets or Notion

  1. Choose Google Sheets if you want automatic totals, or Notion if you prefer a clean database with separate views. Both can hold the same information.
  2. Write a private list of your income, regular expenses and due dates. Use broad payment labels such as Cash, Bank or GCash. Leave out account numbers, card numbers, PINs, passwords and one-time passwords.
  3. Paste the prompt below into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Ask it to build the structure for your chosen tool, then copy the result into a new sheet or Notion database.
  4. Test the tracker with the five fictional sample rows first. Check that received income, paid expenses, unpaid bills and the remaining amount are calculated correctly.
  5. Replace the examples with your own figures. Update the status when money is received or a bill is paid, and review the tracker once a week.

Try this prompt

Replace [Google Sheets or Notion] and [month year]. Start with fictional entries before adding your own figures.

Help me build a reusable monthly bills and income tracker in [Google Sheets or Notion] for [month year]. Keep it simple enough for a beginner to update every week.

Create one main table with these fields in this order:
1. Date
2. Month in YYYY-MM format
3. Type: Income or Expense
4. Category
5. Description
6. Amount in PHP
7. Due date
8. Paid or received date
9. Status: Expected, Received, Unpaid, Paid or To confirm
10. Recurring: Yes or No
11. Payment method: Cash, Bank, GCash, Maya, Card or Other
12. Notes

Also create a monthly summary that shows:
- income actually received
- expenses already paid
- bills still unpaid
- money left after paid expenses
- money expected to remain after all listed bills are paid

For Google Sheets, give the exact formulas and cell locations for a Transactions tab and a Summary tab. Add dropdowns for Type, Status, Recurring and Payment method. Add a filter for the selected month and highlight unpaid bills that are due within seven days.

For Notion, give the exact property type for every field. Create four views: This month, Unpaid bills, Income and Recurring items. Explain how to use Calculate → Sum at the bottom of the Amount column for each filtered view.

Add five clearly labelled fictional sample rows so I can test the totals. Then give me a short weekly routine and explain how to duplicate the tracker for a new month without deleting the old records.

Use only numbers I provide after the test. Never invent income, fees, balances, due dates or payments. Mark missing details "To confirm". Do not ask for account numbers, card numbers, passwords, PINs, OTPs or government IDs. If I use bank-statement information, remind me to provide only the selected rows or a redacted copy with identity, account, QR, barcode and transaction-reference details hidden.
See a sample result

Illustrative example. Your answer may differ.

Illustrative test only: ₱20,000 salary received; ₱2,000 freelance income expected; ₱1,850 electricity unpaid; ₱1,499 internet paid; ₱3,000 groceries paid. The summary should show ₱20,000 received, ₱4,499 paid, ₱1,850 unpaid, ₱15,501 left now and ₱13,651 expected after the listed unpaid bill. Replace every sample row before using the tracker.

Before you use it: Check the sample totals with a calculator before entering real figures. Then compare every amount, status and due date with your own receipts or statements. This tracker is a planning record, not a bank statement, accounting record, tax calculation or financial recommendation. If you use a statement, share only needed rows or a redacted copy. Temporary or incognito chat settings can reduce some retention or model-improvement use, but they do not replace redaction.

For households with Android and at least one Google Home smart-home device

  1. Requirement: open the Google Home app. You must already see at least one smart light, plug, fan, AC or TV. A normal wall switch is not enough. Gemini cannot add devices for you.
  2. Open the Gemini app on Android. Sign in with the same personal Google account you use in Google Home. Work or school accounts cannot connect Home yet.
  3. Ask Gemini to do one action, using the room or device name from Google Home, for example: “turn on living room lights.” The first time, connect Google Home when Gemini offers it. If it does not, add @Google Home to the message.
  4. Watch the real device. If nothing happens, open Google Home and control it there.

For job seekers, students, and remote workers protecting themselves from task and deposit scams

  1. Copy the suspicious message or job description (from Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook, or SMS). Never click external links.
  2. Remove any personal phone numbers or names, then paste it into the prompt below.
  3. Review the red flag checklist. If the recruiter asks for upfront deposit, GCash cash-in, or VIP task upgrades, block and report immediately.

Try this prompt

Paste the exact text of the offer or chat message. Never click unfamiliar links or send registration fees.

Analyze this job offer or recruiter chat message for potential scam red flags in the Philippine context.

Recruiter message or job post:
[paste the message, SMS, or job post here without your personal phone number or email]

Platform where contacted: [e.g. WhatsApp / Telegram / SMS / Facebook Group / LinkedIn]
Position or Task promised: [e.g. "E-commerce order booster / Hotel review rating / Liking YouTube videos for ₱500-₱2,500 daily"]

Please evaluate:
1. Risk Level: (Safe / Suspicious / High-Risk / Confirmed Scam Pattern).
2. Specific Red Flags identified (e.g. unsolicited reach out from foreign area codes, unrealistic pay for simple clicks, shifting conversation to encrypted Telegram channels, task completion requiring GCash cash-in/deposits).
3. Legitimate company verification steps: How to check if the company exists via SEC Philippines or DTI, or if scammers are spoofing an authentic brand.
4. Immediate protective actions: Safe blocking, reporting to PNP ACG / CICC, and warning signs of account compromise.
See a sample result

Illustrative example. Your answer may differ.

Offer: "Earn ₱1,500/day liking TikTok videos. Register on our platform and top up ₱300 for trial task." Result: High-Risk Confirmed Scam (Task Deposit Scheme). Legit employers will NEVER ask an applicant to pay or top-up money to work.

Before you use it: Legitimate employers will never ask an applicant for "processing fees", "training deposits", or "GCash top-ups" before hiring or releasing earnings.

For everyone using GCash, Maya, Facebook Messenger, Viber, and Telegram

  1. Stop before sending money: AI voice cloning needs only a 3-second audio clip from social media to imitate a family member.
  2. Check the lips and teeth in videos: Deepfakes often have blurred teeth, unnatural eye blinking, or audio that lags slightly behind lip movement.
  3. Call the person back on their real, known mobile number—not the caller who just contacted you or the link in the message.
  4. Ask a private family offline question that only the real person knows (e.g., "Anong pangalan ng una nating aso?").

Try this prompt

Paste the suspicious text or description of the video/audio to check for common scam patterns.

I received this message/offer and want to know if it has signs of an AI scam or phishing trap.
Analyze these message details:
- Where it came from: [e.g. Unknown SMS / Telegram message / Facebook ad with celebrity doctor]
- What it claims: [e.g. Guaranteed 50% profit in 3 days / Relative in hospital emergency needing GCash / Cure for diabetes]
- What it asks me to do: [e.g. Click a link / Send money immediately / Download an APK app]

Tell me:
1. The top 3 red flags in this message.
2. The exact verification steps I should take before doing anything.
3. How to report or block the sender safely.
See a sample result

Illustrative example. Your answer may differ.

Input: A Facebook video showing a famous doctor endorsing an unregistered herbal pill with robotic lip movements. Result: Identifies unverified endorsement red flags, advises checking FDA advisory search, and warns never to buy medicine from unverified social ads.

Before you use it: No bank, e-wallet, or genuine family emergency requires you to send money within 5 minutes without phone verification.

For anyone using GCash, Maya, a bank app, or a credit or debit card

  1. Type only the date, shop or bill name, and the amount. Do not paste account numbers, card numbers, CVV codes, expiry dates, GCash or Maya numbers, MPINs, PINs or OTPs.
  2. Do not photograph or upload a screenshot of a banking app, card, QR payment or OTP screen.
  3. Use placeholders such as [amount] or [bank name]. A made-up example is often enough.
  4. If you already pasted a password, PIN, OTP or card number, change it in the official app or website and contact the bank or e-wallet. Deleting the chat does not protect the account.

Try this prompt

Do not paste account numbers. Replace the brackets with a shop name, date and amount only.

For anyone using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or another AI assistant

  1. Check whether the AI needs the whole document or only one short section.
  2. Never paste passwords, PINs, one-time passwords (OTPs), login codes or account recovery codes into a chat.
  3. Before uploading a document or screenshot, remove names, addresses, phone numbers, government IDs, medical identifiers, signatures and faces. Use placeholders such as [customer name].
  4. Share only the small section needed. Remove private details yourself first; do not send the original and ask AI to hide them.

Try this prompt

Remove private details yourself first. Then paste this prompt with the short, cleaned section.

I already removed private details from this text. Explain it using only what remains.
If a placeholder such as [name] or [ID number] appears, do not guess the real value.
If something is still unclear, write "To confirm".

For employees, BPO staff, freelancers and small-business owners

  1. Check your workplace rules first. If a file is marked confidential, internal, or for clients only, do not paste it into a public AI chat.
  2. Remove client names, employee records, unreleased prices, contracts, source code, API keys, passwords and customer lists. Use placeholders such as [client] or [internal price].
  3. Share only the small section needed, or rewrite the problem in your own words with made-up numbers.
  4. Do not upload the original and ask AI to hide the secrets. The file has already been sent.

Try this prompt

Describe the work problem with placeholders. Do not paste the real company file.

Help me with this work task using only the details below.
Do not guess real client names, prices, passwords or account numbers.
If a needed fact is missing, ask me for a placeholder instead of inventing it.

Task: [what I need, such as a clearer email or a checklist]
Details I can share: [rewritten notes with [client], [product] and [amount] placeholders]
See a sample result

Illustrative example. Your answer may differ.

  1. Specify your target exam (Civil Service Professional/Sub-Professional, LET, Nursing, Criminology) and the subject to practice (e.g. Verbal Reasoning, Numerical Ability, Philippine Constitution).
  2. Paste the prompt below into ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
  3. Answer one question at a time. Let AI grade your choice, explain the concept in plain English or Taglish, and teach you quick elimination memory tricks.

Try this prompt

State the specific exam and subject (e.g. Philippine Constitution or Grammar) to get authentic exam-level questions.

Act as an expert review tutor for the Philippine Civil Service Examination (CSE) / PRC Licensure Exam.

Rules for this drill:
1. Present Question 1 ONLY with 4 multiple-choice options (A, B, C, D). Do NOT show the answer or explanation yet.
2. Wait for my answer.
3. Once I reply with my choice:
   - Tell me immediately if I am Correct or Incorrect.
   - Give a clear 2-sentence explanation of why the correct option is right and why the distractor options are wrong.
   - Provide 1 memory trick or rule-of-thumb to answer similar questions in under 30 seconds.

- Methodology: [e.g. Descriptive Quantitative survey using Likert scale with 100 small business respondents]

Please generate:
1. Title Refinement: 3 polished, academic variations of my title following standard Philippine university guidelines (clear variables, locale, and target population).
2. Top 5 Toughest Panel Defense Questions: The exact critical questions panelists will ask about my scope, sample size, methodology, and practical significance.
3. Defense Answer Blueprint: For each question, provide a structured 3-part response strategy ("Acknowledge the limitation -> Cite theoretical justification -> State mitigating measures taken").
See a sample result

Illustrative example. Your answer may differ.

Input: "Impact of AI on BPO agent performance in Ortigas". Panel Question: "Why did you choose a purposive sampling method instead of random sampling, and how does this affect generalizability?" Answer Blueprint provides exact academic phrasing defending purposive sampling for specialized technical roles.

Before you use it: Never let AI write your thesis or fabricate survey data. Defense panelists will immediately detect generated claims that you cannot defend with primary citations.

Research

Ask better questions and check claims against their sources before you trust them. 3 guides

Open this guide on its own page →

For students, teachers, researchers and anyone checking online information

  1. Copy the exact claim, including any name, number and date.
  2. Ask for the original source, then open that source yourself. Do not rely on a citation that you have not opened.
  3. Find the sentence, table or page that supports the claim. Check whether it refers to the same place and time.
  4. If the source does not support the claim, mark it as unverified and do not repeat it as fact.

Try this prompt

Paste the claim and the relevant source text directly into the prompt below — the AI cannot fetch a live link on its own.

Help me verify the claim below.
Separate what the source directly says from your interpretation.
Use only the supplied source text. Quote the passage that supports your answer. Do not invent a source or claim to have opened a link.
If the source does not prove the claim, say "Not verified".

Claim: [paste the claim]
Original source: [paste the relevant source text, title and date]
See a sample result

Illustrative example. Your answer may differ.

Claim: Registration guarantees entry. Source: Registration is subject to confirmation. Result: Not verified. The source says the organizer must still confirm entry.

Before you use it: Open the original source and confirm the quoted passage yourself.

For students, researchers, workers and careful online readers

  1. Choose two sources and record each title, publisher and date.
  2. Paste only the relevant excerpts and label them Source A and Source B.
  3. Use the prompt below to make a comparison table.
  4. Open both originals and confirm every quoted claim before using the comparison.

Try this prompt

Copy the prompt into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Replace any text in brackets, then send it.

Compare the two sources below without combining their claims.
Make a table with: topic, what Source A says, what Source B says, agreement, disagreement, and missing information.
Use only the supplied text. Quote numbers and dates exactly. Mark unsupported conclusions as "Not stated".

Source A: [title, date and excerpt]

Source B: [title, date and excerpt]
See a sample result

Illustrative example. Your answer may differ.

Source A says 120 people registered. Source B says 90 attended. Comparison: These figures measure different things. Registration and attendance should not be treated as the same number.

Before you use it: Confirm that both sources discuss the same place, period and measurement. A neat table can still hide an unfair comparison.

For students, professionals, government teams and small businesses

  1. Open the organizer’s official website instead of relying on the social post alone.
  2. Check the date, venue, who it is for, pass price and what the pass includes.
  3. Confirm whether registration guarantees entry or only records your interest.
  4. Choose sessions connected to a real problem you need to solve.

Before you use it: Use the organizer’s official website for dates, prices and registration. Do not pay from a social post alone.
