Section titled “Try this”- Open ChatGPT and start a new chat.
- Copy the prompt below.
- Paste it into the message box and replace the details inside the brackets.
- Press the send button. Read the answer and correct anything that is inaccurate.

Section titled “Try it without your own details”Use this made-up situation: a parcel is late, and you can check its status tomorrow. A suitable reply would be:

Your wording may differ. It should not promise a delivery date or refund.
If the answer is not right
Section titled “If the answer is not right”Continue in the same chat and say exactly what to change:

- Never paste passwords, PINs, one-time login codes or card details. Remove private information before uploading documents or screenshots. See what to leave out of a chat.
- Copy the final message only after you have reviewed it.
